You own your van. Own your website.

The website's the thing you buy. It's yours the day it's live.

One proper build, in your name: domain, files and Google listing, all yours to keep. Want me to keep it minded after that? That bit's optional, and it's down below.

Step one: the build

A real website, built once, yours to keep.

This is what you're actually buying: a fast, proper site with your name on the deeds. Pick the size that fits the job. Pay a deposit to start, the rest on go-live.

The One-Pager
A sharp single page that does the job, for the trade who just needs to look real and get the call.
£79 to build
Founding rate: my first ten clients get £79, then it's £99.
£29 to start, £50 on go-live
First month of Care+ on me after go-live: snag fixes free, your first tweaks at Care+ speed. Carry on after and it's £25/mo, cancel any time; I'll remind you before the first payment leaves.

    The Showpiece
The "how did a local firm get THAT" site: fully bespoke, designed around your brand from scratch.
    from £599 to build
Founding rate: my first ten clients, then from £699.
50/50: half on design sign-off, half on go-live
First month of Care+ on me after go-live: snag fixes free, your first tweaks at Care+ speed. Carry on after and it's £25/mo, cancel any time; I'll remind you before the first payment leaves.
      Talk it through

The founding rate is real: it ends at my tenth paid build, whenever that is, and it won't be reset or quietly extended. Any quote you're holding stays good for 30 days. Not VAT-registered, so the price is the price. Nothing with a database goes live until your deposit clears. 14 days to change your mind before I crack on.

What every build includes. One full revision round before go-live: that's one collected list of changes after you've had a proper look (the Showpiece gets two, one at design sign-off and one after the build). Then a snag window: 14 days, 30 on a Showpiece. Anything broken, misspelt or not what we agreed gets fixed free, no round used, and a genuine fault in my work stays mine to fix even after the window. Something you'd now like different isn't a snag: look-and-feel calls get made in your revision round, and after that they're quoted work, figure first.

It's live, and it's yours: domain, files, listing, the lot. Want me to keep it sharp? Here's the optional bit.

      Step two: the look-after (optional)

Want it minded? Pick a plan. Or don't.

Your site works fine left alone. But most trades would rather text "change my prices" and have it done than log into anything. That's all the look-after is: the mechanic for the van you already own.

      Care
      £15 /mo
Keep it ticking over. The quiet basics, handled, for the cautious one-van trade.

Not in Care: the review-ask kit, priority turnaround, the monthly note and the quarterly once-over. Those are Care+.

        Add Care
        Most pick this
        Care+
        £25 /mo
Looked after properly, with the review kit that keeps the work coming in.
          Add Care+

Bolted a module or two on further down? There's one more plan for that: the Full Kit, £45/mo. Everything in Care+, plus the running of every add-on you've got, capped at that one number so your monthly can never quietly climb. It switches on when your first module needs it, not before. Step up from Care+ the same day you add the module and the £50 switch-on is on me.

What's free to change, and what's a new job

Changing what's already there is part of the deal. Your prices, your phone number, opening hours, swapping a photo: that's included, within the lead time on your plan above.

Something genuinely new (a new section, a whole new page, an online shop, a booking system) I price up front, so you always see the full number before you say yes. No surprise bills: you see the figure first, every time. And anything broken, misspelt or plain wrong against what we agreed in writing never counts as a change at all: that's on me, fixed free. If the written brief was genuinely unclear on what the site contains or does, the benefit of the doubt is yours; look-and-feel calls belong to your revision round.

How the look-after works. Pay monthly by Direct Debit: that's the default, and you can stop any time. Your first month after go-live is on me, and I'll remind you before the first payment leaves. Prefer to pay for the year? I'll offer you that when your free month ends, not before: you'll save about two months, and if you ever stop part-way, I refund every whole month you haven't used, no catch. Direct Debit is covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee, so you can cancel at your bank any time and every payment's protected. Nothing switches off when you cancel: you keep the site, the domain and the listing.

And when I say I'll reply, I mean it. Whatever you send, you'll hear back within one working day, even if it's just "got it, live Thursday": replying and doing are different promises and I keep both. I'm a one-man studio, so planned breaks (holidays happen, and there's a wedding coming) get announced to anyone on a plan at least two weeks ahead: the clock pauses, nothing on your site switches off. If illness ever stops me working, I'll tell you straight away and the same pause applies.

          Handy extras, when you're ready

Little tools you can bolt on, built once and switched on.

Your site already comes with the essentials done properly: these are the optional extras on top. Add one if and when it'd earn its keep. Each is a one-off to switch on; the looking-after just folds into your plan, so your monthly stays one honest number that never quietly climbs.

Comes built in, free, with every site. One-tap call & WhatsApp button, a tidy spam-resistant enquiry form, a self-serve “open / back at 8” status and hours bar, your trade badges (Gas Safe, NICEIC and the like) linked to their registers, a common-questions section and a map of where you work. All built in, not bolted on. Already got a site elsewhere? If it's in decent nick I'll fit the lot for a one-off £25; a site in a real state gets priced as its own job.

“Do you cover me?” postcode checker

A visitor taps in their postcode and your site tells them, there and then, whether you come out their way, turning an out-of-area caller into a quick message instead of a dead end.

Made for mobile & call-out trades: mechanics, locksmiths, sparkies, gas, pest control, gardeners.

£15 to switch on · then it just lives in your plan

Draws a tidy little map of the patch you cover

One engine behind the lot: you set your patch once

Drag-to-reveal on your best jobs: the grime-to-gleaming shot that does the selling for you. The photos are already on your phone.

          Your Google reviews, on show

Your real Google reviews pulled onto your site and kept fresh: every one, good and bad, never cherry-picked.

          Book a slot online

Customers pick a slot and book themselves, with a reminder so they turn up: fewer no-shows and a lot less phone-tag.

Installers, mobile mechanics, deep-cleans, anyone slot-based.

£50 to switch onRuns on the Full Kit plan

No bolt-on ever costs more than your own call-out. Every switch-on is a one-off between £15 and a flat £50, and £50 is the ceiling, full stop. The looking-after is already in your plan (stack a few modules up and it's capped by the Full Kit), so your monthly can never quietly climb past one number, and you always see the full figure before you say yes.

There's a fuller shelf where these came from: a “ring me back” button, a testimonials wall, a cookie banner (each £15), an instant ballpark quote, snap-&-send-a-photo pricing, a track-your-job page (each £50) and more. Just ask. Bigger jobs, like taking card payments online or a full order-ahead page, are a proper build and I price them up front; the money lands in your own account, never mine.

          Fair question

"Why would I pay monthly at all?"

You own the van: the monthly's the mechanic

The site, domain and listing are all yours. The look-after just keeps them serviced and changes whatever you message. Skip it and nothing breaks. You'd just be doing the servicing yourself.

          You're not renting your website

Stop any time and nothing switches off. You walk with the lot. Unlike the lead-sellers, there's no lock-in, no "our terms," no holding your site hostage. It was yours from day one.

The price you see is the price you pay

Not VAT-registered, so no VAT. No per-lead fee, ever. The build and the look-after are shown together, up front: never a number that quietly climbs.

          The honest comparison

A website you own vs renting your phone calls.

The lead-sellers don't sell you a website. They rent you the phone ringing, and charge again every time it does. Here's the difference where it actually counts.

          The lead-seller way

          £100-£300 /mo + per lead

          The Binge Built way

          from £79 to build
founding rate · + £15-£25/mo if you want it minded

All in, year one: from about £244. That's a £79 founding build, your first month minded on me, then eleven months of Care at £15. The £99-a-month lot? £1,188 a year, every year, and you still own nothing.

A local website, built by a real person you can message, not a national lead-machine that shares your phone number three ways.

Start with the website. Decide on the rest later.

No pressure, no contract. Tell me the trade and the town, I'll tell you straight what it'd take.
