The short version

I build you a website and, if you'd like, look after it and your Google listing. You pay a one-off to build the site, then an optional monthly if you want it minded. Everything's in your name, there's no contract, and you can leave any time. Just message me. No catch.

What you pay

Two parts, kept separate: a one-off to build the site, then an optional monthly if you'd like me to look after it.

• The build (one-off, paid by card): the One-Pager £79, the Multi-Page £99, or a bespoke Showpiece from £599. Those are founding rates for my first ten paid builds; from the eleventh they become £99, £149 and from £699. The step happens once, at the tenth paid build, and is never reset or extended. You pay a deposit to start and the rest when the site goes live, and the go-live balance is never smaller than the deposit. The full price is agreed up front, before any work starts, and any quote stays good for 30 days.
• The look-after (optional, monthly by Direct Debit): Care at £15/mo, Care+ at £25/mo, or the Full Kit at £45/mo if you add modules like a shop or booking. Your first month after go-live is on me. Cancel any time.
• Switch-ons (optional, one-off): extra tools such as a postcode checker or a before-and-after slider, each a one-off fee to switch on, with the running of them folded into your plan, never a separate monthly bill.

Changing what's already there (your prices, hours, a photo) is included in your plan. Anything genuinely new is quoted up front, so you always see the full figure before you say yes. I'm not VAT-registered, so there's no VAT to add. No hidden setup fees.

It's yours

The domain is registered in your name, the website files are yours, and the Google listing lives in your Google account. You own all of it.

Leaving

No contract and no minimum term. Cancel any time. Just message me. No notice period and no exit fee. I'll hand over your domain login and site files so you can carry on elsewhere or on your own.

What I'll do

I'll keep your site online, make the small edits covered by your plan, and look after your Google listing. I'll reply to your messages within one working day.

What I can't promise

I can't promise rankings, "page one of Google" or a set number of leads. Nobody honest can. I keep your Google listing accurate and up to date as part of the look-after, but where you show up in search results is Google's call, not mine.
